Seattle based producer Keyboard Kid has won his fair share of plaudits since emerging in the last year.

Fresh Espresso - Bossalona - Available June 5th
Fresh Espresso's New Album "Bossalona" will be out June 5th!!!
The hard copies of the album will also be available in advance at Sasquatch Music Festival. So if you have a ticket make sure you pick yourself up a copy!
This album has taken a lot of hard work. Half the album was recorded in downtown Seattle and the other Half was recorded in Niles Michigan overlooking the Saint Joseph river and nature galore. It's a triumphant, fun, sexy, epic record, but I think my father said it best when he noted that "It has a sub-plot telling of a struggle between self and celebrity." I think pops is right.
Anyway, mark your calendars cuase Bossalona is coming soon!

Rest In Peace, Adam Yauch. Fuck cancer. It's ruining the lives of some of my favorite people ever, including those closest to me. Please don't just re-listen to the Beastie Boys today because he has passed. Keep their music constantly in your rotation. Proof has been on fire lately with his mixtapes and edits as well as playing some very glorified gigs. Glad to see him doing so well and happy that he was able to quit his 9 to 5 to focus on his art full time. This mix was recorded live from Jet Set which is every Monday at Capitol Club. He does is usual bounce all over genres and decades to make this one work so well.
