Mad Rad performs July 24 on the Neumos stage at Capitol Hill Block Party for the festival’s closing party along with Metal Chocolates, Darwin, Beat Connection and Mash Hall. The party starts at 11:30 and is 21+. You can buy CHBP tickets HERE.

Sasquatch! 2011 Launch Party

Seattle, WA – Live Nation and Adam Zacks are pleased to announce the 2011 Sasquatch! Music Festival Launch Party on Sunday, February 6, 2011 at 8:00 p.m., presented by Esurance and sponsored by Verizon, in partnership with Kokanee, Pop Chips and 107.7 The End.


Following the success of last year’s first-ever live line-up announcement, this year’s party moves to the Showbox at the Market and includes performances by The Thermals, Das Racist and Mad Rad. The evening will be hosted by comedian Todd Barry.


Free tickets are available beginning Thursday, February 3 at the following Verizon Wireless store locations: Downtown Seattle (6th & Olive), Northgate Mall and Bellevue Square Mall (limit 2 per person). Please note: a ticket does not guarantee entry into the party—entry will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Next year I'm making sure I get to make an official Sasquatch poster. Bet your ass I will be doing a custom Fresh Espresso one for this year like I did last year for Champagne and Mad Rad. I was not there for Champagne Champagne unfortunately, and missed a lot of the shows I wanted to see on Sunday and Monday, but none the less it was a weekend filled with laughter, boozing, amazing music, and great people.
